A Change of the Inspiration

So I have to come clean, I made a promise to you that I will have to tweak a bit.

I promised to weigh in every day, but I am coming to terms with myself and need to treat my body as a healthy living human, not a ticking time bomb…which is what I feel like every time I get in the scale. Oh to be a woman.

I will begin weigh ins every Wednesday, once a week. Wish me luck, and good luck to all you guys out there working hard, get your greens on!

Thursday Weigh In – Juicing

Here is my weigh in! At a stand still, and I am okay with that, this is completely normal. My weight loss goal is to reach 165 by the 25th (that is the day we leave for Corpus Christi, gotta get my body as bathing suit (NO BIKINI YET) ready as possible! Hard work, here I am to look you straight in the face!

Easy Raw (vegan) Banana Date Smoothie

This is the third time I am posting this…I hope WordPress lets me share my delicious easy Raw Banana Date Smoothie! (It’s so good)

(Sorry I did not weigh in today, the bed took me captive until 15 minutes before I had to leave)

You will need

  • 2 Bananas
  • 3 Dates
  • juice from an Orange

Combine all into Food Processor or Blender until you get the consistency of a smoothie, and enjoy! (I like to keep mine in the freezer for about an hour before eating, it just makes it that much more delicious!)

 

The end result should look like this :)

Juicing – Tuesday Weigh in

 

Last night, hubby and I ate a banana orange juice to hype up our energy for the gym. I did 30 minutes of cardio – looks like it paid off!

It’s Monday with a chance of juicing

Oh weekend, why did you have to leave so soon? You could have stayed an extra 3…4 years. :)

Woke up to 173.6, no complaints there. Juiced lots of fruits this weekend, kinda had a little splurge on them, yum yum.

Most of the time I try to balance out with more veggies to make sure I get all of my nutrition, but my stomach gurgled for Bananas instead of Spinach!

Happy Juicing and Happy Weekend!!!

Must of went a little heavy on the juice last night, oh well, I can live with a .2 gain, I’m not expecting to lose a pound every day.

I don’t know about you, but I am extremely pumped about the weekend. I won’t be doing anything but staying home, but it is way better than being at work, happy Friday to everyone, I hope you have a wonderful weekend and you get out and enjoy some sun rays with a big smile!

Juicing Progress! (13 pounds down)

I am going to begin

motivational proof

that eating raw foods

really does work :)

In almost a month my husband and I have eaten only raw foods (minus Sye’s graduation night, my drunken personality overtook me and ate Doritos…shame) But besides that, we have been eating as healthy as ever!

Tomatoes, Spinach (I prefer non bagged, but this is all I had) cucumber, ginger, cabbage, carrots, and radishes – this will be dinner tonight :)
